I'm headed to the airport soon to fly to Paris, then taking a train to Brussels.  

I never update this thing but I'll try to while I'm there or when I get back.

Destruction

Today was pretty sweet in the sense that I had to wait outside work today with two managers and two fellow employees because our lock fucked up and we couldn't get in.  That was pretty dope.  

They decided to cut me around 11:15 or so.  That meant I got to come home and watch the entire season of dangerous catch and eat junk food while laying on the couch.  This is why I hate winter.  It's to cold to go out and eat normal food and to go to the beach or go ride bikes or shit, just sit outside.  

This is why I have been checking into schools in San Francisco.  I really like Columbia but damn I just don't feel like Chicago is where I want to end up.  I feel like there is still a lot more for me to see and be a part of that I can't do here.  

I guess will see.  I want to be over there by July 2010.  That's my goal.  That in July or August I move to San Fran.  Even if I have to move home to Ohio for a month or two and work at a factory till I go move.  I really hope you read this mom.  Hold me to it I dare you.  Love ya.

It's that time again to call it a night.  I'm really excited because it is only 9:46pm. haha

Brand new shit.

So as of late nothing new has really been going on what so ever.

My job is pretty much non existent this week.  I worked last Sunday and was supposed to work this past Tuesday but they cut my shift.  

Good thing I got my student loan check otherwise I would be fucked.  Which is not a good place to be.

The only thing I've really been up to is planning my trip to Europe this March with Lenny Gilmore.  

We decided to go to Paris and Brussels  for about 10 days will be gone.  It should be pretty exciting.  It's been almost 2 years since I've been over seas and I'm really, really looking forward to it.  

In other exciting new's school starts back up again tomorrow.  I'm in class 8:30 a.m. till 9:30 p.m.

I don't really mind because then I only have one class Tuesday and Wednesday.  

I am getting pretty pumped for marine biology though.  I think it will be a fun class.

But for now thats all I have to rant on about.

Wow I've been pretty lazy.

I haven't really been up to much.  I've been working here and there, but pretty much just been crammed up in my room.  

At least it smells like Hawaiian Breeze up in hur.  

The other day I went with Rob to the Art Institute which was pretty cool.  He is like a tour guide or something because he kept explaining all of these works for to me.  My brain was like on over load.  It was pretty cool though.

My room is turning into a box city. 

I keep getting various packages so the boxes end up on my floor.  I just need like 3 more boxes and I can build a pretty sweet castle.  

Well until then.

I've been a busy little bee as of late.  

I went to Ohio for Christmas and got to spend a lot of time with friends and family.

It was nice seeing everyone but I just had to get back to Chicago as soon as possible.  

I missed Chicago quite a bit.  

Let's just say I'm glad to be back.

Last night after work I had some people over.

It was a good time for sure.  We sat around talking.

First decent snow of this winter

Haven't been up to shit.

I've been pretty busy going to school, sleeping, and working.

I was there. . .

I had to work last night.  

It was alright though.  I still made it to Grant Park.

I was there before it got crazy and made it just in time to hear Obama's speech.  

When I got of work I was walking to get food.  A home less man came up to me and said you know he won right.  

He was so happy.  I was almost speechless.  This is how I found out.  I couldn't be happier.

We high fived, then he asked for any spare change on the way up.

I got to the park to hear people yelling, screaming, crying.  

So many emotions were going on.  

Chicago was a great place to be last night.  I feel like there wasn't another place in the world I would rather be.

I can not believe we did it.  I voted Obama.  My vote counted.  It was so incredibly close in so many states.  

I realize that change is not going to happen over night.  But I look forward to the progression of my country.

I've been working a lot so I don't get to take a lot of photos.  But I do when I can.  I love how blogger fucks up the quality but you get the idea.

Went in to see Fred at work after dinner with one of my sisters Mindi.  

Fred was scoping out the new Joker comic I picked up and the Wu-Tang Clan flyer.  They're here December 14th.  Any takers?

Oh and by the way I never read comics but if you like the Joker in batman then you should probably pick up this new comic called Joker by DC comics.
